With a contribution from the Community Development Initiatives Fund, the agency À vélo sans âge Vallée-du-Richelieu is launching the pilot project Les Aventurier.ère.s du vent, offering free cycle rickshaw rides to young people with disabilities under the age of 21, in McMasterville, Beloeil, and Mont-Saint-Hilaire.
With 2 to 5 years of experience, experienced volunteer cyclists accompany participants during these moments of escape and joy in nature. It’s a flexible program that takes into account the needs of the youth and their families.

With financial support from the Upgrade Fund, the agency Maison des jeunes Le Boum de Bedford was able to renovate its facilities. The transformed space allows young people in the community to enjoy a renewed and welcoming place that supports their growth and well-being.
