A Memorable Evening for Our Strong and Caring Community
On April 29, 2025, Centraide Richelieu-Yamaska held its Soirée des Alliés at Collège Saint-Maurice, a long-standing donor partner. This annual recognition event brought together over 120 guests, including donor businesses, volunteers, community partner organizations, and allies of our mission. Together, we celebrated an exceptional year of solidarity and commitment.
The evening opened with the screening of a retrospective video showcasing the tangible impact of Centraide over the past year. 🎥 Watch the full video here:
A Historic Milestone Revealed
We were proud to announce a new record for our territory: $2.7 million raised through the 2024 campaign. This outstanding amount reflects a powerful collective momentum of solidarity, enabling support for over 80,000 people through the work of more than 70 partner organizations across the 7 MRCs served by Centraide Richelieu-Yamaska.
Every contribution—big or small—makes a difference. This result is a testament to a community that is mobilized, engaged, and profoundly compassionate.
This success belongs to the entire community. It shows that every donation, every gesture—no matter the size—can contribute to lasting change.
Inspiring Leadership
We also took this opportunity to thank Mr. Alain Fortin, First Vice-President of Intact Insurance Québec, for his engaged and inspiring leadership. His support throughout the year helped rally several key players around our mission.
Celebrating the Commitment of Our Allies
The presentation of recognition certificates highlighted businesses and organizations that stood out this year through their creativity, consistency, and exceptional engagement.
Behind these campaigns are human stories: committed committees, generous employees, and dedicated volunteers. This collective strength is what makes our mission possible.
